In this essay, the author analyses 22 romanesque churches in the territory of Slovenian Siyna. These churches were so far considered to have corn-shaped belltowers. It is found thai 14 were such at the time of the project-design, 4 became such after their expansion in the second half of the 13th century, 3 did not become such until the period of the gothic and the renaissance,
whereas 1 probably was not corn-shaped in the belltower at all.
