Description
Through the endeavours of Prince Frederic II of Celje the Dominican Novi Klošter was established in the middle of the 15th century. In the 16th century the monastic conduct mastered the difficult economic times mostly by allenatine pretty large properties permanently or at least temporarily, in the 17th century also by increasing the obligations of the serfs.

- Po prizadevanju kneza Friderika II. Celjskega je nastal dominikanski Novi Klošter sredi 15. stoletja. V 16. stoletju je samostansko vodstvo obvladovalo težke gospodarske čase najbolj tako, da je za trajno ali vsaj začasno odtujevalo precej posesti, v 17. stoletju pa tudi s povečanjem podložniških obveznosti.
