Description
A vast archive fond of the Ljubljana Sokol, stored by the Archives of the Republic of Slovenia, contains interesting archive materials that describe the development of the physical culture in Ljubljana and Slovenia in the second halfof the 19th century and in thefirstfour decades of the 20th century. Besides various written records (minutes of annual conferences, minutes of meetings of sub-committees, achievement reports, records of the progress of different bodies, material from athletic academies and competitions etc) the fond also includes 315 photographs, building maps and several Sokol postcards.

      • Obsežen arhivski fond Ljubljanskega Sokola, ki ga hrani Arhiv Republike Slovenije, vsebuje zanimivo arhivsko gradivo, ki priča o razvoju telesne kulture v Ljubljani in na Slovenskem v drugi polovici 19. in prvih štirih desetletjih 20. stoletja. Poleg raznovrstnega spisovnega gradiva (zapisniki občnih zborov, sej društvenih odborov in odsekov, poročila o delu, gradivo o delu društvenih odsekov, gradivo telovadnih akademij in tekmovanj in drugo zanimivo gradivo) fond vsebuje tudi zbirko 315 fotografij, načrtov društvenih poslopij ter zbirko sokolskih razglednic.
