During the occupation of the Slovene territory, the German occupation forces intervened among other spheres, in the sphere of jurisdiction too. They dissolved and closed the old Yugoslav courts and introduced their own jurisdictional system. The changes involved Styria, as well as the Upper Carniola and Carinthia. During the occupation of the province of Ljubljana after the surrender of Italy, they did not engage in any changes of the jurisdictional system in that region. The present document brings evidence concerning the introduction of the German occupation system in the socalled Lower Styria.
