Description
The author endeavours, on the basis of official records from the first third of the XVII and the third quarter of the XVIII century, to ascertain the state of art in ecclesiastic facilities in the southern half of the Drava region, which was once administered by pro-parishes with seats in Hoče, Slivnica, Konjice, Šmartno, Stari trg and Pliberk. There were 77 parish churches and 114 other ecclesiastic objects, number of which changed only insignificantly during centuries, in contrast to their artistic content. The latter became endangered particularly by historicist renewals, as of the middle of the XIX century on.

      • Avtor na osnovi objavljenih vizitacijskih zapisnikov iz 1. tretjine 17 in 3 četrtine 18 stoletja poskuša ugotoviti umetnostno stanje cerkvenih objektov v južni polovici Podravja, ki so ga nekoč upravljale pražupnije s sedeži v Hočah, Slivnici, Konjicah, Šmartnem ter Starem trgu in Pliberku. Gre za 77 župnih in 114 podružnih cerkva, katerih število se je v stoletjih le malo spremenilo, močneje pa njihova umetnostna vsebina, ki sojo poleg posledic časa ogrožale predvsem prenove od sredine 19. stoletja dalje.
