Description
Drawing on the surviving records the author ess discusses progressive peasant
youth movement before the Second World War. The authoress observes that
the associations were undergoing a leftist transformation under the influence
of the Communist Party. Such political involvement asserted itself most
clearly during the years of occupation when a greater majority of the
former members joined the war of liberation. The findings of the present
research should and to the general knowledge of the revolutionary movement
in Slovenia.

- Avtorica obravnava na podlagi ohranjenega arhivskega gradiva napredno kmečko mladinsko gibanje pred drugo svetovno vojno. Ugotavlja, da so se društva pod vplivom komunistične partije levičarsko preusmerjala. Ta politična aktivnost se je pozneje izkazovala v letih okupacije, ko se je večina nekdanjih društvenih članov opredelila za narodnoosvobodilni boj. Izsledke razprave je mogoče uporabiti v celotnem prikazu predvojnega revolucionarnega gibanja na Slovenskem.
