Description
The author describes that part of the surroundings of Maribor which lies between the Drava and the Pesnica and forms their eastern region. It is a hilly land which has no explicit monuments, but a lot of smaller ones which declare themselves with their historical witnessing and so enrich themselves culturally.

- Avtor opisuje tisti del mariborske okolice, ki leži med Dravo in Pesnico ter oblikuje njeno vzhodno obrobje. Gre za gričevnat svet, ki ne premore izrednih spomenikov, zato pa mnogo manjših, ki ga opredeljujejo s svojo historično pričevalnosijo ter s tem kulturno bogatijo.
