Description

After the fall of the Pohorje-battallon on January 8th 1943 it came to a crisis within the region of Pohorje. The staff of the zone therefore decided to found a company as soon as possible which would here continue the National Liberation Struggle. A company of 14 fighters was then founded on Peca on April 5th 1943. Since April 7th 1913 it carried out military and other actions on the Pohorje and gained four lighters. The zone reinforced it still with 27 fighters and on May 10th 1943 the second Pohorje-battallon was founded from this company on Pungart on the Pohorje.

      • Po padcu Pohorskega bataljona 8. 1. 1943 je prišlo na pohorskem območju do krize. Štab cone je zato sklenil čim prej ustanoviti četo, ki bo tu nadaljevala NOB. Četa 14 borcev je potem bila ustanovljena 5. 4. 1913 na Peci. Na Pohorju je od 7. 4. 1913 izvajala vojaške in druge akcije ter pridobila štiri borce. Cona jo je okrepila še s 27 borci in 10. maja 1943 je bil na Pungartu na Pohorju iz čete ustanovljen drugi Pohorski bataljon.
