The past times dominican nunnery at Studenice maintains a series of building and masonry details which date up to the second half of 13th century and to the transgression from the romanic to the gothic style. The remnants of the building activities between the years 1639 and 1738 in the baroque periode are numerons and the decoration of the church was rich then. After the dissolution of the nunnery in the 1782 the decay began and it keeps on till nowadays. The village near the nunnery because of the distance from the main road was never very important inspite of the fact that after 1457 weekly markets were hold. A very important object also St. Lucias church dating from the second half of the 17th century.
