Description
The author systematically analyzes the development of legal documents in Carniola between the middle of the 12th and the beginning of the 14th centuries. Examined are temporal and structural developments of legal documents, mostly those written by issuers and recipients. These were not only from the territory of Carniola, but also from the neighboring Roman and German countries.

      • Avtor sistematično obravnava razvoj pravnega pisnega poslovanja od srede 12. do začetka 14. stoletja na Kranjskem. Predstavlja časovni in strukturalni razvoj pravnih zapisov, zvečine listin posameznih izstaviteljev in prejemnikov, ne le iz območja Kranjske, pač pa tudi v povezavi s sosednjimi romanskimi in nemškimi deželami. Ugotavlja vplive tujih vzorov na kranjsko prakso izdelave in izgleda listin.
