Description
This year Laško celebrates its double anniversary: 750 years of its hysterically documented development and 50 years of its municipal rights. The town has developed as an administration centre of a big domain, later on it asserted itsely also as an important economic and cultural centre of the lower Savinja basin. After the Liberation the town experienced great economic, urban, turist and cultural development that affirms its important role in the Slovene national territory
