Every society at any time has its undesired persons, which are not but the product of society. They, too, are a part of history, although less resounded than political events: nowadays, too, the newspapers’ night chronicles have much more readers than exacting editorials. The article describes some specimen of drunkards, scoundrels and whores from the former century, as represented by the protocols of the Kranj Commune.
