Description
Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia is the highest body of judicial authority for the protection of
constitutionality, legality, human rights and fundamental freedoms. Although the Court is the successor of the Constitutional
Court that was founded on the basis of the 1963 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Slovenia, its role has changed and
risen considerably since then.

- Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia is the highest body of judicial authority for the protection of constitutionality, legality, human rights and fundamental freedoms. Although the Court is the successor of the Constitutional Court that was founded on the basis of the 1963 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Slovenia, its role has changed and risen considerably since then.
- Ustavno sodišče Republike Slovenije je najvišji organ sodne oblasti za varstvo ustavnosti in zakonitosti ter človekovih pravic in temeljnih svoboščin. Sodišče se je sicer razvilo iz ustavnega sodišča, ki je bilo ustanovljeno na podlagi ustave Socialistične Republike Slovenije iz leta 1963, a se je njegova vloga bistveno spremenila in povečala.
